Abt was the first Australian Government implementing partner, and only the third company in Australia, to achieve EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) certification. EDGE is the leading global assessment methodology and business certification standard for workplace gender equality. Our corporate Gender-Based Violence (GBV) policy ensures holistic support for staff who are affected by GBV.
