Governance and Civic Engagement

We build partnerships among governments, public-private coalitions, civil society organisations and communities to design and deliver programs and support policies that are responsive to local needs. We have expertise in systems strengthening, public financial management, security and stabilisation in fragile and conflict-affected states, decentralisation, thinking and working politically, institutional strengthening, inclusive civic engagement, and digital planning and budgeting.

We apply a political economy lens to all our programs to understand how informal institutions and incentives interact with formal rules and structures and affect power dynamics, resource distribution and information asymmetry.
