Bio

Jessica is a qualified international and community development practitioner with over 25 years of experience working in development in Southeast Asia, the Pacific and Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Asian Studies, Master of International and Community Development and a Graduate Certificate in Gender Policy and Mainstreaming. Jessica’s experience includes working with government, donors, multilaterals, the private sector, managing contractors and NGOs. 

Jessica has extensive experience working with stakeholders at all levels and has worked across a diverse range of sectors. Jessica is committed to supporting sustainable development results through tailored locally led solutions and approaches that contribute to the achievement of equality outcomes. Her key areas of expertise include program leadership, management and technical support, program design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, GEDSI, research, operational management and strategic planning.
